I have been in the HVAC Industry for over 25 years. I started as a Field Technician. I quickly learned the business and have worked in almost every part of the business from Technician to Comfort Advisor, to Service Manager, to Operations Manager, to Sales Manager, to General Manager.

Now I co-own CTM- Coach Train Motivate, a national training organization. Though I have seen and done a lot my absolute favorite aspect for me now is giving back through training and business development. I have pure joy and satisfaction from helping people not only grow their business but for their personal growth as well. I love to drive and motivate the “up and coming”, utilizing my experience and personal history in this trade. I am passionate about what I do and absolutely love what I do.

I also enjoy spending time with my best friend, my wife, and our children. I love doing projects around the house and don’t mess with my yard because I spend a lot of time making it look good.
