Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Jillian has traveled to 36 nations and counting. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Oxford University, specialized in international negotiations at IÉSEG School of Management in France, and specialized in global leadership from the Pantheon Institute in Italy. 

As a National Sales Trainer, Jillian currently manages sales and operations training curriculum across Canada and the United States for all Daikin Comfort Technology brands. She oversees the development and alignment of training content with corporate initiatives, collaborating with instructional design teams, graphic departments, and third-party vendors to create comprehensive learning materials. She also facilitates training sessions, webinars, podcasts, and live events, working closely with independent distributors and sales leadership to identify training needs. Additionally, she manages training budgets, evaluates program effectiveness, and implements continuous improvements to enhance learning experiences through the HVAC Learning Campus.

With a background in economic development, Jillian previously served as an international government official. She played a key role in planning and implementing economic strategies as a liaison between public and private sectors. She also worked in financing, overseeing program partnerships across the U.S. and Canada.
